Our quality personnel have rich experiences in quality management. We can work with clients   to develop, implement, and manage processes to ensure that products meet required specification for quality, function, and reliability prior to delivery. We help carry on the statistics and analysis on product performance, providing related quality reports as needed. We are able to help the sales and CS to deal with customer complaints, and review customer complaints to determine quality control improvements. We are able to prepare reports summarizing production and quality problems and the corrective or preventative action taken.
